The Makita XSC02Z 18V LXT Cordless Lithium-Ion Brushless 5-7/8 in. Metal Cutting Saw has a Makita-built brushless motor and a compact design for faster metal cutting through an assortment of materials. As with most Makita cordless brushless tools, the motor is electronically controlled to optimize battery energy use for up to 50% longer run time per charge. It also uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of your current project.
